Previous restriction on the maximum size of the customer database is lifted in Retail Pro 9. In the Retail Pro 8 the limit was 2 GB.

When adding new customer in Retail Pro 9, you can assign him to a local or global group. If you select “global”, customer card will be available in all your stores worldwide.
